Our Company is located in Berkeley California. We had a van up at South Shore Tahoe that had severe tire issues. You did the exact opposite of what I asked for on my alignment and ruined my front tire then tried to blame both issues on me and wouldn't admit fault to anything. This car has been my baby amd washed/waxed the night before. I would have seen that big azz chuck you took out of that tire. Last time you'll get my money and everyone I speak to will hear my story about your shady business.

Hello Tim. We appreciate you reaching out to us with your concerns. It is our understanding that we aligned your vehicle based on the specifications that you requested. Unfortunately we cannot be at fault for that issue. We generally align vehicles based on the manufacturers recommended specifications but you requested a different specification other than the recommended specs. Regarding your tire, the technician noted the damaged tire and it is at the same location as your damaged wheel which you confirmed was already there.
